These Sinclair ZX Spectrum 16k are getting VERY rare now, especially for those who still have their original box! Serial number 001-057381. (Very early example, in the first 60,000 to be made). This issue 2 iconic rubber-keyed model is in Mint unused condition. We have not touched anything inside this 16k Spectrum to keep it as original as possible, except to get it working using a new modern power supply. If you want us to replace the capacitors with new, good-quality types, contact us, and we can do that, along with the voltage regulator, for £30. Tape loading has also been tested using several original tape games. Saving to cassette has also been tested and works fine.
The outer box is in very good condition with just a few minor scuffs, adding to its charm. Inside, the original packaging is intact and extremely well-preserved. You’ll receive everything you need to dive into the adventure, including all necessary leads, a BASIC Programming Manual (First Edition 1982), an Introduction Book (First Edition 1982), and the exciting ‘Horizons’ starter cassette. This Spectrum has been soak-tested and is confirmed to work flawlessly with DivMMC interfaces. Embrace the nostalgia and get ready to explore the world of retro computing!
